Here are some common questions about The Maverick.

Getting
Started

Is this too tall to fit in my home?

The Maverick measures in at 91 inches tall.

This allows for a minimum of an 8 foot (96″) ceiling height with room to spare for attaching accessories or haning from the top bar. 

Must I secure this to the floor?

Simply put, Yes. 

In order to eliminate the possibility of tipping the device and potentially causing harm to self or property, it must be secured to the floor. As The Maverick allows for the exploration of movement (including: climbing on or hanging from), we want you to have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Can I get a custom color to match my aesthetic?

Yes!

We completely understand design-mindedness and are happy to accommodate your aesthetic.

We source our color from American Powder Coatings, Inc. (https://www.americanpowder.com) if you would like to explore your options ahead of time. 

Shipping

Can you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the “lower 48” of the United States.

We are working hard to expand our shipping area to other countries and states, but the process isn’t easy.

We hope to expand this community of neurocentric athletes to all areas of the globe and promise to let you know when we reach this goal.

How will this ship?

The Maverick ships via ground shipping in multiple boxes.

If you’ve ordered multiple Mavericks, it may be delivered via freight based on shipping calculations.

If something is damaged in transit, how do I request replacement parts?

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Please contact us at info@themaverickgym.com with your order number and pictures of the damage to review what went wrong.

We will do our best to send you the necessary replacement parts as soon as possible so you can get back to training.

Payment

Do you have a monthly payment plan?

We do not at the moment.

We are hoping to implement this option in the near future.

If you are interested in this option: send us an email or sign up for our email list and we will keep you up to date with any changes to our payment policy.

If I don't like it, can I return it?

What if the color is slightly different from what shows on the screen?

This is a difficult thing to control on any eCommerce website and we do our best to leave no doubt that what you’re getting is accurately portrayed. As on “The Maverick” page and during the checkout process, it states:

*Actual product colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently, as well as differentiation in visual spectrum from person to person. We do our best to ensure our images are as realistic as possible, but please understand the actual product color may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the physical color of the product.*
